“Fiction Reveals Truth that Reality Obscures” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

That about sums up this “Free and Honest” Presidential Election. It was announced that Joe Biden just became our 46^th President despite numerous court filings and a Supreme Court Order to stop all counting of late votes in Pennsylvania. The media is wrong to claim victory when there are so many discrepancies yet to be cleared up. Regardless of who you voted for, election results need to be clear so there is no question.

This is not about Stealing the Election this is about Stealing Our Nation.

This all started in 2016 – Before President Trump was elected! The Leftist-Democrat media were scared of losing and published an article to see if they could impeach him the moment he stepped into office entitled “Could Trump be Impeached Shortly after He Takes Office?” Once President Trump was elected they immediately tried to destroy this man, the amount of taxpayers’ money that was wasted in doing so is beyond comprehension. They claimed he was “Not our President” because he took the Electoral College and missed out on the popular vote by a little less than 3 million votes.  The cries for abolishing the Electoral College became non-stop. But Democrats did what they do best when they lose, they cry, kick, and scream because they did not get what they want.  Then they re-group and they lie, cheat and find a way to change the rules in their favor. Beware, the Electoral College will now be on the chopping block in the next few years to ensure future wins for the Democrats.

Just look at California where we allow re-districting of our Congressional Districts to re-draw district lines in order to overpopulate a district with Democrats, while pushing Republicans into a district they know they cannot win. On top of that California has Ballot Harvesting. The parallelism between Ballot Harvesting and they way the Mail-In Votes actually work is infuriating. It made Biden’s Presidential bid go from failed attempt to “appearing” to win overnight as you can see in this PragerU Video entitled “Is Voter Fraud Real” In another Video entitled “How to Steal an Election: Mail- In Ballots” it shows the difference between Absentee Balloting and how easy it is to exploit our voting system. What is explained in these 2 videos, which were produced months ago, became the blueprint to what Democrats did in our swing states to steal the 2020 Presidential Election!

In March 2019 Democrats wrote House Resolution HR-1. Basically, this bill was enacted to get more people to the Ballot Box such as Minors being allowed to vote at age 16, Felons to vote, Illegal immigrants to vote as well as Mail-In Balloting. This was their plan because they saw the enthusiasm behind the support of President Trump because of his, higher wages, lower taxes, the best economy in decades and his ability to fulfill his promises to the American people. Democrats think they know what is good for us. They had to find a way to steal the election. Not to help us out, but to save their corrupt lifestyle of power over the American People. The Swamp was about to get drained and they were scared.

The Republican controlled Senate shot down HR-1 so Democrats started suing state legislatures to force them to change the voting laws. There is no coincidence here but the states that played the role in the 2020 election were many of the same states that were sued.  How could they do this?  State Legislatures are the ones who have the final say in how the voting system works in their state under their own State Constitution. Some of the states in question in the 2020 election, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin all have something in common, not only do they have a Republican Majority in their State Legislatures, but also they have a Democrat Governor. Why is this of importance? When the State Legislatures refused to bow down to the Mail-In Voting fraud the Democrats were pushing, they were sued. From there it went to the State level Supreme Court where, as you might guess, it was overruled. How you might ask? State level Supreme Court judges are appointed by, you guessed it, the Governors that just all happened to be Liberal Judges.

This is corruption to its fullest because Judges at any level are not allowed to write or change policy or laws and that is exactly what they did. This was thought of and planned out in order for the Democrats to gain control. The Democrats had their plan in place, and then Covid hit. What better way to voice their demands? Strike fear into the public with the help of the media where they proclaimed It is not safe to vote in person, “We have to have Mail-In Voting!” To quote Jane Fonda, “Covid is a Leftists dream come true”  But let’s not stop in 2020 – THESE VOTING RULES ARE NOW CHANGED. This will affect the way we vote from now on.

This was not done lightly either. Republicans and Democrats alike were not allowed to watch the votes being counted. This is a direct violation of the law. Poll Watcher Brian McCafferty, a Democrat from Philadelphia, called this a coup to oust President Trump from power as he films himself live from the Philadelphia Convention Center where he is denied access to observe the vote counting process. He could not have put this more plainly as he states “This has nothing to do with Joe Biden or Donald Trump this has to do with our Democracy, and it is corruption at the highest level.”

The Supreme Court this past Friday ordered Pennsylvania election boards to separately count mail ballots that arrived after Election Day, but poll watchers were not allowed in to observe that this was being done. Pam Bondi, a former Florida State Attorney General, threw herself into the mix and was kept out of the Philadelphia Convention Center as well. In this video she states that they are violating a court order by continuing to count votes that were coming in late.

These are not the only instances either. In Michigan you can see the video showing people being kept out as they block the windows for people to observe. This is a violation as Michigan Compiled Laws 168.733, specifically states that “The board of election inspectors shall provide space for the challengers within the polling place that enables the challengers to observe the election procedure and each person applying to vote.”

The corruption is clear as day. Any statistician would agree as well when you look at the number of votes to be counted and the history of voting patterns of that county. The numbers do not add up. What we observed was many of the swing states stopping their counting in the middle of the night only to see an influx of voting from those mainly Republican counties “magically” shifting anywhere from 200,00 – 400,000 votes to Biden overnight. This was explained in my previously mentioned video of  “Is Voter Fraud Real”

 In Michigan we saw GOP Leader Laura Cox  point out in a live video what was going on. She states, “We saw computer “glitches” that took 6,000 votes directly from President Trump to give to Biden.” That same computer glitch is evident in 47 counties in Michigan. That’s a potential 564,00 vote swing!

Voter fraud is a serious felony and cuts into the heart of our representative democracy. What we witnessed these past few days were people so incensed with hatred directed at our President that they sold their soul to help rig an election.  According to an exit poll by Morning Consult on election day, a majority of people who voted for Joe Biden in the presidential election were casting a vote against President Donald Trump rather than supporting the Democratic candidate. 54% of Biden voters didn’t like their candidate. A facetious “Thank You” to all those that “educated” themselves to vote this way. We may never have a free and honest election again because of them.

I am hoping people will come to their senses, but in the meantime, we will have to endure many hardships. If Joe Biden is president, what will happen when the economy is shut down again and the businesses they work at, which are already hanging on by a thin thread from the last shut down will fail? Unemployment will be the highest level we ever saw. But no worries, they will blame President Trump just like Obama blamed President Bush for his own ineptness for his first term in office. Last time I checked blame does nothing to solve a problem all it accomplishes is dividing people. What if we don’t get shut down and the corporate taxes he vows to implement on companies will put these same struggling businesses out of business? Same result – high unemployment and more blame. What about personal income taxes? Biden says he will only raise taxes on the households making over $400,000 per year, but he also says he will repeal the tax cuts President Trump gave us. Instead of receiving a tax return most tax paying citizens will be paying taxes regardless of your income. How is that going to affect our economy?

We are in for a tough 4 years.

But what can we do? Get Involved. We need to organize as never before. We need poll watchers that will be at every polling station in numbers. We need enough poll watchers to be able to have shifts 24 hours a day for days on end. Everyone needs to contact their local GOP and get involved at a grass roots level.  We have 2 years to get it together and maybe we can take control of the House in 2022 as well as keep the Senate. That is our only hope to stave off the next 4 years if Biden/Harris is to become President.

What does it mean to “Pack the Court”? If anyone has watched any of the debates you have  seen the refusal of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to answer President Trump’s and Vice President Biden’s question of are they are going to “Pack the Court” First off this is a question that needs to be asked and answered because this will fundamentally change the way the United States writes and interpret their laws for generations to come. This will completely undermine the US Constitution as a governing document.

Packing the Court for the Democrats does not just mean having the majority of the Supreme Court Justices being Liberal. It means expanding the Supreme Court to ensure that the Democrat Leftist Ideals will always be in favor of the Left by expanding it by 2, 4 or 6 more justices. This is extremely dangerous, and I will tell you why.

According to the writing of the United States Constitution our government is divided into branches, each with separate, independent powers and responsibilities so that the powers of one branch are not in conflict with those of the other branches. The typical division is into three branches: A Legislature, an Executive, and a Judiciary Branch. The intention behind the system of separated powers is to prevent the concentration of power in any one branch by providing Checks and Balances.

The role of the Supreme Court is ultimately to uphold the law. As the highest court in the nation, the Supreme Court is responsible for the interpretation of laws and the interpretation of the Constitution, not re-writing laws and interpretation of said laws. We had a taste of this in 2015 when Justice John Roberts help re-write the wording for Obama Care that was going to impose penalties on citizens who chose not to have Obama Care. He construed this penalty imposed on those without health insurance as a tax, which permitted him to sustain the statute as a valid exercise of the taxing power.  Had he treated the payment as the statute did — as a penalty — he would have had to invalidate the statute as lying beyond Congress’s commerce power which would view Obama Care as unconstitutional. This is prohibited by the Separation of Powers and undermines our Checks and Balances and how the United States writes and interpret their laws. A Supreme Court Justice is supposed to judge a case on merit and not their ideology. His re-writing made it mandatory to have health care whether one could afford it or not or face a fine courtesy of the IRS. President Trump has since removed this mandate from Obama Care in an attempt to give us more freedom of choice when it comes to our own health care.

But how would you go about Packing the Court? Congress has the power to change the number of seats on the Supreme Court. It would just require passing a piece of legislation through both the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate, which the President would then sign. From a mathematical standpoint, Democrats would only need simple majorities in the House and Senate — and a Democratic president — in order to adjust the number of justices. In order to do so it is imperative to have a full majority in the Democratic Party. During the Vice- Presidential Debate, VP Mike Pence stated that, “This is a classic case of if you can’t win by the rules, you’re going to change the rules.”  What he is referring to is not that Congress has the power to change the number of Supreme Court Justices but how they will go about getting their own way. 

The vast majority of House Democrats are promoting statehood for Washington, D.C., by backing  House Resolution 51, which “provides for admission into the United States of the state of Washington, Douglass Commonwealth, composed of most of the territory of the District of Columbia. The commonwealth shall be admitted to the Union on an equal footing with the other states.” This a sneaky way of gaining seats in the Senate as well as Congress as the There are 365,700 registered Democrats versus 29,500 Republican in Washington DC  ,essentially guaranteeing them 2  Senate seats and a handful of Representatives.

Making matters even more complicated, many Democrats have said they support Puerto Rico’s bid for statehood. The speaker of the U.S. territory’s Congress, Carlos Mendez, recently called on Speaker Nancy Pelosi to allow legislation to be introduced that could make Puerto Rico a State. According to Mendez, there has been “unprecedented support” among U.S. Congress members in recent years for Puerto Rico to become a state.

Can you imagine what would happen if Democrats Pack the Court and gain more Senate and Congressional seats in this underhanded way? Currently we are even. We have 4 Conservatives, 3 Liberals and one that seems to ride the fence in John Roberts, We currently have an opening with the passing of ultra-Liberal Justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg, in which case President Trump has nominated Amy Cohen-Barrett to take her place. If Democrats got their way and were to increase the Supreme Court by 4 or 6 seats, Democrats would have a stranglehold of power that would not be relinquished for generations. Our Constitution would be the leftist ideal of a “Living Constitution” that can be changed and interpreted on a whim because ultra-liberal Justices would be appointed.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are trying to deflect what they are going to do because they know this will lose votes for them. Unfortunately, Joe Biden does not think Americans deserve to know what his intentions are about Packing the Court as seen here on his interview with News Anchor Ross DiMatttei.   In 2019, Senator Kamala Harris tells the New York Times that “I am open to that discussion” on packing the Supreme Court during an interview as seen here. In his town hall this past week he did a half-assed attempt at deflecting/answering the question by stating he “… is not a fan of Packing the Court” and your answer is…. what? That you are not a fan of it? I am not a fan of a lot of things that I do but I do it anyways. We all know that Joe Biden is a puppet of the left and he will do anything his Party tells him to.

The American people are fair, we don’t want to see our freedom in jeopardy because a few Ideological Democrats think they know what is in our best interests and want to change the rules like a 7 year old throwing a tantrum because they don’t get their way. They are crying out their hypocrisy loud and clear. In 2016 Democrats were in a similar situation with then President Obama was pushing for Anthony Scalia’s replacement. I am surprised that 2020 Democrats have not learned that everything they say is now on the internet. This Video shows their Hypocrisy in full swing as Democrats are crying that President Trump has no right to Appoint a Supreme Court Justice this close to the election. 2020 Democrats should listen to the 2016 Democrat version of themselves in this video.

This November is an extremely important crossroads in American History and quite frankly life as we know it. A vote for Joe Biden will send us straight down the road of extreme leftism, The Green New Deal, eliminating of all of fossil fuels, higher taxes, higher corporate regulations resulting in businesses leaving the United States again, defunding the police, and equal pay for those not willing to work. Socialism to its core. A vote for President Trump will allow our country to get back on track after Covid put a hit on the economy. Let’s get back to the fastest growing economy we have ever experienced, higher wages for all minority groups, support for our law enforcement, record breaking stock market gains which increases our 401k’s, but most importantly protecting our individual rights, private property and freedom.

Socialism to it core versus Freedom = Biden versus Trump. It is time to choose come November 3^rd and I love my freedom.

You may have seen or heard about the 17-year-old kid who is being tried and convicted by the Mainstream Media without having any of the facts. He was portrayed as a far right radical, a crazed militia member and a white supremacist. He is being tried for one count of murder, 2 counts of attempted murder and 1 count of endangerment among other charges. Here is the shocker – the Mainstream Media could not have been farther from the truth, but they did set the false narrative that the Media loves to do so often. 

Like in the case of Nicholas Sandman, he is being falsely accused of something he did not do. Fortunately, Kyle Rittenhouse has arguably the best attorney in the nation representing him, Lin Wood. In the  case of Sandman, Lin Wood helped settle multiple Defamation cases against The Washington Post  ($250 million) and an undisclosed settlement with CNN ($275 Million), not to mention suits against several news outlets, including ABC, CBS, The Guardian, The Hill and NBC totaling an additional $800 million in ongoing lawsuits.

Kyle Rittenhouse is in good hands. #fightback produced a very insightful video that proves with out a shadow of a doubt that what Kyle Rittenhouse did was in self-defense.

Kyle had a whole life ahead of him. He was a good kid, a good citizen with a good heart. He was there that night in Kenosha to protect those who needed it and to offer First Aid to those that were injured. He loved his community and dedicated time to support the Police through his own Facebook Fund Raising Campaign, “Humanizing the Badge.”

He is accused of First-Degree Reckless Homicide of Joseph Rosenbaum, who was seen lighting fires that night and demonstrating violent behavior. He is also being charged with First degree Intentional Homicide for shooting Anthony Huber after Huber struck Kyle in the head with a skateboard. He also being charged with Attempted First-Degree Intentional Homicide of Gaige Grasskreutz after Grasskreutz pointed a pistol at Kyle but failed to shoot Kyle in time before he was shot himself.

The Video, Kyle Rittenhouse – The Truth In 11 Minutes, is superbly produced by #fightback and is a must see video that completely exonerates Kyle. It shows just how misleading the Mainstream Media is with no care in the world to destroy the life of a good, young, upstanding citizen and at the same time they are upholding the rights and trying to gain sympathy for the violent thugs that attacked him.

I hope, with the help of Lin Wood, God and our Prayers that Kyle Rittenhouse will have the Justice he deserves and that the people spreading the lies will be held accountable.

The other day my Father sent me a video of Katie Hopkins giving a speech that was an eye opener. For some reason it never dawned on me that the United Kingdom and most of Europe is seeing much of the same turmoil we are seeing here in the United States. These “friendly protests” otherwise known as rioting and looting, if you have any brain cells, are just a guise to achieve the leftist’s goals of Globalism and a one world government. The sad news is the UK is a few years ahead of where we as a nation are headed.

In Katie Hopkins’ video, which I highly recommend that you take the 25 minutes to watch, she has a plea for America, “Do not let this great country become the United Kingdom.” Katie Hopkins draws the comparison of the UK vs USA as she states, “There is London and then there is the rest of the UK. Hardworking families who just want to take care of their families. Basically, the UK is the baby America where California and New York are like London and then there is the rest of the UK.”

The Mayor of London is Sadiq Khan, a British- Pakistani. He is a member of the Labour Party in London which controls all the Parliamentary seats in London and is the equivalent of the hard-left Democrats that control California and New York. He has promoted the mass immigration of Muslim migrants since he became Mayor of London in 2016. London’s Population is over 14% Muslim and climbing to the point that many parts of the UK has become a place that few citizens recognize.

Now compare that to California and New York. While California is a Sanctuary State, New York is not. However, New York City is a sanctuary city and it comprises 45% of the population of New York state. New York City Metro Area is thought to have 1.2 million illegal immigrants which is nearly 15% of their population. California has about 2.5 million illegal immigrants or nearly 6% of their population. This proved to be of great importance as the 2016 election confirmed what the Founders were concerned about with future elections. Democrat run states are bringing in many future voters to sway the popular vote via illegal immigration. The Electoral College was designed to discourage regional radicalism and encourages political moderation by forcing candidates to draw support from a broad swath of the country rather than just a few, wealthy, vote-rich areas. Without the Electoral College, candidates today would focus almost exclusively on New York, California, and Texas, ignoring Vermont, North Dakota, Wyoming, and all the other small states, possibly threatening the cohesion that maintains the United States. All you have to do is look at the Map of Red and Blue States. Would you want a few radical states making up the entire culture of our country?

Migrants don’t necessarily come to a country for a completely new life and leave their old life behind. They still bring with them their old life and their old prejudices and conflicts with them. The UK has 130 Shariah Law courts maintaining the rights to those that believe in and do appalling things to women. Shariah Law allows the beating of women and disfiguring young girls by cutting their clitoris to lower their sex drive. The LGBTQ movement should be in an uproar as well because in the Shariah teaching The Prophet … says: “Kill the one who sodomizes and the one who lets it be done to him. May Allah curse him who does what Lot’s people did. Lesbianism by women is adultery between them.”  Adultery is Punishable by death under Shariah Law.

The United States has allowed the Muslim Brotherhood to set up and recruit our citizens to influence and radicalize. We have seen Congress women like Ilhan Omar and Rashid Talib openly show their hatred for Jews while on the Congress Floor. We have seen Ilhan Omar with her radicalized views working on defunding the Police in Minneapolis which is part of District 5 that she represents. Minneapolis has already voted to defund its’ Police Force and what they have in store for a replacement is shocking. As part of their “Social Workers” they say will replace the Police Force there will be a band of “Shariah Police” that will disrupt anything they “deem unacceptable.” There already is Sharia Police in New York City where they have “Police Cars” the same style and color scheme as those of the New York City Police Department. In the video you can see them harassing a gay man for his lifestyle and a woman for wearing too short of a skirt basically saying, “they are not welcome here. ” Where is the outcry of these “Social Justice Warriors?” This is a license to promote discrimination within all races, genders and sexual orientation all in the name of extremely radical religious beliefs.

These are not our views in America. The #MeToo movement should be appalled at what this does to Women’s Rights. The LGBTQ movement should be appalled as well. People need to be informed and learn what are the beliefs of Shariah Law and it’s values. We are beginning to see our country transform into something unrecognizable. It started when we became afraid to say “Merry Christmas” as it is “offensive” to some people. Kids are now being taught Transgenderism in school where now kids are being scolded and shamed for using such pronouns as “him” or “her.” We have witnessed what Social Injustice means, where a life of a Black Person will only matter if it serves a purpose for their movement and fits the Mainstream Media’s narrative. When someone is killed by the police they riot, loot and burn down the city, but children and innocent bystanders killed as casualties of the rioting is no more than an afterthought to their movement.

This is not our America. We are a melting pot of cultures. We welcome all religions and races, but we are being forced to conform to things that we do not value. We are being scorned for having our religious beliefs. We have lost our identity because we are shamed into silence to speak up and hold our values. We have been censored, we do try to speak out and the Mainstream Media goes well out of their way to report biased news instead of the truth.

In the UK children are being taught to feel guilty for being White. We are witnessing that now in the US as the Mainstream Media repeats their narrative of Systemic Racism.  We are being told because I am white, I am supposed to automatically have hatred in my heart for all non-whites? But I pose a question: If we are a Systemic Racist Society than we would be racist from top to bottom, at all levels in society, and in every City and in every State – So why does a city like Chicago, who has a Black Mayor, Lori Lightfoot and a Black Superintendent of Police in David Brown represent a city with the highest Black on Black crime? What about Baltimore, with Mayor Bernard Young, along with Michael Harrison as Police Chief? The list of cities can go on and on that are run by Black people. It is not the race of the people running these cities but their Political beliefs and agendas to keep and maintain power.

London has already been silenced with political correctness. They have their Conservatives and their Liberals. Their Liberals still have Google, Facebook and Twitter silencing and censoring Conservatives just like we do here in the United States. There is also a strong sense of Conservatism where Boris Johnson is like President Trump. Conservatism was held above liberal views when the Brexit Movement (British Exit) pushed the UK to exit from the European Union with a slim margin majority vote of 52% vs. 48%. The European Union basically helped “free trade” among European Nations but at a price. Countries are not allowed to conduct free trade as a country but within the confines and restrictions of the European Union. Basically, it is “free trade” as long as you do it by the EU’s rules and regulations. Other countries like Poland, Italy, Germany and Austria are also starting to revolt against the EU and Globalism.

This is a good sign for the US. Under President Trump he cut regulations for big businesses and worked new Trade deals to Mexico, Canada and even China. What was the result? The Stock Market has broken all-time records over 500 times! We are also seeing movements like Blexit and Lexit which were formed to “free” black voters and Latino voters from the decades-long grip of the Democratic Party and encourage Conservative values. Recent poll numbers are showing that a record number of Black and Latino voters will be voting Republican in November 2020.

In the words of Katie Hopkins, “We do not have to watch our country fall.  Resist the narrative. Find the truth. We can commit to reject the narrative. We can commit to arm ourselves with information closest to the source…. Do not let this great country become the United Kingdom. Do not allow America to fall as Europe has fallen. Look at us, let us be a warning. Be better than us”

Lets take back our America come November!

Here we are in the “Woke” era of “Cancel Culture” where Confederate Statues, Statues of Columbus and others are being taken down and even an NFL Team being forced to re-name itself. I do not agree with any of this as there is a saying that “History Repeats Itself” we need to honor History – good and bad – and always be reminded of our past in order to make a better future and not make the same mistakes.

If Democrats want to remove Our History with anything even remotely hinting at Racism, then why are they not owning up to their own part in History?  I don’t agree with removing ANYTHING. But, I thought it was ironic that Democrats were called out on it last week when Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) introduced a House resolution  and it was all but ignored to keep it out of the Mainstream Media. The resolution, if passed, would ban organizations or political groups that have historically supported the Confederacy or slavery in the U.S., a list he said includes the Democratic Party. Gohmert went on to say, “A great portion of the history of the Democratic Party is filled with racism and hatred. Since people are demanding we rid ourselves of the entities, symbols, and reminders of the repugnant aspects of our past, then the time has come for Democrats to acknowledge their party’s loathsome and bigoted past, and consider changing their party name to something that isn’t so blatantly and offensively tied to slavery, Jim Crow, discrimination, and the Ku Klux Klan,”

Before Rep Gohmert submitted his resolution, I had often ask myself how did it come about that Republicans are always being proclaimed to be Racists when it is an historical fact that the Democrats have been against racial equality since the Democratic Party was founded in 1828?  Then, during the 1960’s Civil Rights Movement the party suddenly switched and now Republicans are deemed to be Racists and Democrats are the epitome for Civil Rights.  Then it dawned on me:  This is why Democrats are trying to erase history so as not to show their true colors. How are they doing this?

1. Attempt to remove National Monuments.
2. Demean the Constitution by arguing it was written by Racists.
3. The “1619 Project” put forth by the New York Times that we are a nation built on Slavery and that Slavery is in the DNA of all Americans.

 Since the Democratic Party was founded in 1828, Democrats have fought against almost every major Civil Rights initiative. The Party has a long and documented history of discrimination. On the other hand, the Republican Party was founded in 1854 for the sole purpose of stopping slavery and stopping the spread of slavery into the newly expanding Western United States.

In March 1857, the Supreme Court issued a decision in the Dred Scott v. Sandford case that ruled against Dred Scott who was at one time a slave. The Court ruled that black people are not included and were not intended to be included under the word “citizens” in the Constitution and therefore cannot claim any of the rights and privileges as citizens of the United States. The decision was made by 7 Democrat Justices versus 2 Republican Justices, essentially slaves would continue to be recognized as property and not a citizen.

This was one of many events that led to the Civil War (1861 – 1865) with our first Republican President Abraham Lincoln leading the fight for freedom.  In September 1862 Lincoln used an Executive Order to enact the Emancipation Proclamation that immediately changed the legal status under federal law of more than 3.5 million enslaved African Americans in the Confederate States from being slaves to becoming free.  This Executive Order basically overruled the Dred Scott v. Sandford decision and slaves would finally be viewed as a citizen.

In the beginning of 1865, the first of three Reconstruction Amendments were drafted in anticipation of the North winning the Civil War.  The 13^th Amendment was drafted in January of 1865.  Its purpose was to abolish slavery and involuntary servitude except as punishment for a crime.  The amendment was ratified by the required number of states on December 6, 1865.  On December 18, 1865 Secretary of State William H. Seward proclaimed its adoption since Abraham Lincoln had been assassinated on April 15, 1865 by John Wilkes Booth.

In 1868, the 14^th Amendment was passed as the second of the Reconstruction Amendments.  Arguably one of the most consequential amendments to this day, the 14^th Amendment addresses citizenship rights and equal protection under the law for former slaves.  The Amendment was bitterly contested by Democrats and especially by the states of the defeated Confederacy which were forced to ratify the amendment in order to regain any form of representation in the United States Congress.

The 15^th Amendment gave voting rights to Blacks and “prohibited the federal government and each state from denying a citizen the right to vote based on that citizen’s race, color or previous condition of servitude.”  It was ratified in 1870 as the third and last of the Reconstruction Amendments.

During the era of Reconstruction (1865 – 1877) federal troops were posted around the southern states to help secure the rights for newly freed slaves.  Hundreds of Black men were elected to the Southern State Legislatures as Republicans and 22 Black Republicans had served in the United States Congress by 1900.  Democrats did not elect a Black representative until 1935. The United States Senate had two Black Senators before 1900.

When federal troops left the South, Democrats quickly stepped in to set up measures to infringe upon the rights of Black citizens.  Democrats terrorized the Black community with actions and laws based on the code of white supremacy.  In 1865, the Klu Klux Klan was founded and by 1867 Nathan Bedford Forest, a Democrat, became the first Grand Wizard and helped organize the newly formed KKK.  Before Forest took over the Klan

it was a loose collection of local factions throughout the former Confederacy that used violence and the threat of violence to maintain white control over newly enfranchised slaves.  The Klan, with Forest at the lead, suppressed voting rights of Black citizens in the South through violence and intimidation during the elections of 1868.  Forest viewed the Klan as a military force serving the interest of the Democratic Party. Of course, this intimidation extended to Republicans in the South as well.

There have been many Klu Klux Klan leaders serving in politics but the most famous was Robert Byrd of West Virginia.  Byrd had a long-standing history with the KKK.  He started in 1942 recruiting 150 people for a new chapter of the KKK in Sophia, West Virginia.  He wrote later that a Klan official inspired him to get into politics when he was told: “You have a talent for leadership, Bob…the country needs young men like you in the leadership of the nation.”  Soon after that Byrd started to get involved in politics.  In 1946, Byrd wrote a letter to the Grand Wizard of the KKK stating: “The Klan is needed today as never before, and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia and in every state in the nation.” Byrd became one of the longest standing members of the United States Senate serving from 1959 until 2010.  He served as the Democratic Majority Leader of the Senate towards the end of his tenure. 

When Robert Byrd died in June of 2010 Hillary Clinton, then a United States Senator announced: “Our country has lost a true American original, my friend and mentor Robert Byrd.  Senator Byrd was a man of surpassing eloquence and nobility.”  She went on to say.  “It is almost impossible to imagine the United States Senate without Robert Byrd. He was not just its longest serving member.  He was its heart and soul.  From my first day in the Senate, I sought out his guidance and he was always generous with his time and his wisdom.” It was less than 6 years later after honoring a man with absolute ties to the KKK that she would proclaim during her presidential campaign that Donald Trump and his supporters were all racists when she made her infamous “Basket of Deplorables” comment.

In 1963, President John F. Kennedy pushed for passage of the Civil Rights Act but it was defeated by a Democrat controlled filibuster in order to stop the Civil Rights Act from happening. Committed to the filibuster effort were powerful Democratic Senators Richard Russell, Strom Thurmond, Robert Byrd, William Fulbright and Sam Ervin. Russell started the filibuster in late March of 1964, and it would last for 60 working days in the Senate. In November of 1963 President Kennedy was assassinated and then the Senate managed to finally pass the bill.

The next President, Democrat Lyndon Johnson (1963 – 1969) was credited with passing the Civil Rights Act, despite his holding extremely strong racist views. 80% of Republicans supported this bill as compared to 70% of Democrats opposing it.  Once Democrats learned that they could no longer be able to control Blacks and keep them segregated and could no longer keep them from voting they decided to change their strategy.  Suddenly, they came up with programs to “help” the Black community.  President Johnson proclaimed that the Civil Rights Act would “Have Ni***s voting Democrat for 200 years.”  Basically, the Civil Rights Act was a way for Democrats to prosper on the votes of Blacks after giving up on trying to repress their freedom and votes.  They were now going to embrace it and scream that the Republican Party are the ones being the Oppressors.  Remember the old saying: “If you can’t beat them join them.”  This seems to be the mantra of hypocrisy of the Democratic Party.

Democrats of late are notoriously claiming that the Republican Party is the villain when in reality it is the failed policies of the Democratic Party that have kept Blacks down.  In the early 1920’s Black churches would not allow members to be helped financially through the Church.  They preached that hard work would pay off. They created their own schools that were quickly closing the educational gaps. Their hard work was making their community thrive and prosper with virtually no government help.  But enter in massive government welfare.  It has decimated Black families and created a persona that whites are to blame for the Black community’s shortfalls and points a finger at blaming someone rather than looking at self-accountability that the Black churches preached.  Now we have various massive welfare programs that on the surface do help the Black community.  However, they are now trapped by dependency on those programs as there are no available programs set up to wean a person off of these programs.  Democrat policies oppose School Choice and that keeps Black students trapped in failing schools.  Politically correct policing has left Black neighborhoods defenseless against violent crime in drug ridden communities and increased single parent homes in an already low-income environment. 

During the Obama era we witnessed the most racist turn of events in my lifetime.  We saw encouragement for violence coming out of the White House.  Obama’s comments about Trayvon Martin were not helpful.  “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon,” implying that the Not Guilty ruling of George Zimmerman was wrong when he killed Trayvon Martin in self-defense.  The blowback was unrelenting.  Obama was accused of race-baiting.  From that moment on his responses to police brutality were couched in language of universalism.

The mainstream media put “Black Lives Matter” and Antifa on a pedestal as they saw it as an active response to police brutality against Black communities.  However, that was the guise behind it because it was a ruse to invoke violence as seen in Ferguson, Dallas and Baltimore where parts of those cities were destroyed.

In Dallas, Micah Johnson, the murderer of five Dallas Police officer told a hostage negotiator that he was angry on behalf of Black Lives Matter and “wanted to kill white people, especially police officers.”  Johnson’s Facebook page revealed an affinity for Black Nationalism, and he followed a Facebook group called the “African American Defense League” which encourages followers to ‘ATTACK EVERYTHING IN BLUE EXCEPT THE MAIL MAN” and “sprinkle Pigs Blood.”

All of this led to an NFL player who views himself as a “so called” expert on American History and Social Justice to start kneeling during the National Anthem and disrespecting the American Flag before NFL games.  After his first notable protest against what he called the “systematic oppression” of minorities in the United States and saying he wanted “freedom for all people,” this now ex-NFL player put on a T-shirt that featured a supportive image of one of the 20^th century’s most enduring oppressors – Fidel Castro. It is reported that the Castro regime’s death toll ran to a total of 73,000 dead and 18,000 political prisoners.  Political prisoners disagreed with Castro policies.  Talk about being misinformed.

We saw even more results of Obama’s rhetoric in the Democratic primaries where Democrat candidates Kamala Harris, Cory Booker and Elizabeth Warren among others promised Reparations for all Blacks because “we are a nation built on Slavery.” Another ploy to secure the Black vote is to promise money to the Black community. Democrat candidates also touted what is called “White Privilege” or the societal privilege that benefits white people over non-white people in some societies.

Current Democrat Politicians call all Republicans racists – if they support Donald Trump. They deem African Americans as “Uncle Toms” and demean them publicly if they do not vote Democrat.  Just ask Kanye West and the criticism he received for saying “They try to tell me because of my color who I’m supposed to pick as the President.  You’re Black, so you can’t like Trump.  I ain’t never made a decision only based on my color.  That’s a form of slavery, mental slavery… Both my parents were freedom fighters and they used to drink from fountains they were told they couldn’t drink from and they used to sit in restaurants where they were told they couldn’t eat from,” he said.  They didn’t fight for me to be told by white people which white person I can vote on.”

We have seen movements emerge like the one started by Candace Owens who heads the movement named BLEXIT.  She describes the BLEXIT movement as an awakening of Black Americans and as an exit from the Left who for too long held us hostage to their policies and agendas – judging us by the color of our skin and making empty promises before each election.  She sees The Cry of Racism as a flippant ploy to oppose the views you have a disagreement with that has demeaned the meaning of Racism.  As Candace Owens has stated: “The Left doesn’t want Black people to think for themselves.”  To Owens, the left’s espousal of permanent victim hood is one of its most insidious lies.  “It’s because of racism, because of some imaginary white boogeyman that you’re never gonna be successful.”  That mentality, she says, leads to excuses rather than action.  We call it the Oppression Olympics.  I’m black, you’re white, so I’m more oppressed than you.”

Not all Political Parties are innocent when it comes to Racism. Racism still exists and it is an ugly scar in the history of our nation. It needs to be acknowledged by all for the simple idea of having a constant reminder to always do our best to make matters better. I believe that Racism will always exist as long as politicians keep stoking the embers and race baiting in an effort to keep division.  Racism cannot exist without division and hate.  If you make one group envious and jealous of the other, you create division and hatred.  Once that has been established their own hate fuels victim hood. Once victim hood gets a stranglehold, you are crippled by blame.  Consequently, you are unable to take advantage of the opportunities our Great Country has. 

We are the Greatest Nation in the world because of our freedom and opportunities we provide.  Our Constitution guarantees our freedom.  We are the only nation to have an Emancipation Proclamation and we are the only country that fought a war to end slavery.  There are countless successful businessmen and women who are not Caucasian.  This county will heal when we stop pointing the finger and flippantly using the race card.  Shame on the Democrat politicians screaming racism.  Many of them are of other races and should be touting their own success story as a positive beacon for others to follow.  They should not be pointing the finger of blame as that makes them the “True Racists” as they are the ones instilling hatred.  When that false rhetoric ends that will be the day when Racism begins to disappear.
