Eric Clapton: “This Has Gotta Stop”

Recently, Eric Clapton has become one of the most recognized celebrities in the fight against COVID-19 lockdowns, restrictions, and mandatory vaccinations. Clapton was tentative and questioning the vaccine as he was terrified of being ostracized for his views and struggled with whether or not to keep his mouth shut.

Clapton educated himself as he researched The Barrington Group, made up of renown doctors such as Dr. Sunetra Gupta, Dr. Michael Kulldorff and Dr. Jay Battacharya. These doctors were against lockdowns and mandatory vaccines. In the end he chose to get the jab even though it scared the holy hell out of him. The first Jab made him extremely sick for a week. The second dose made him experience extreme neuropathy in his hands making his hands go numb for about 3 weeks. As one can imagine that is terrifying for one of the greatest guitar players of our time.  He has stated he does not want to have the booster shot that may come this fall – he is too afraid to get it. He is too afraid the neuropathy will become permanent resulting in the end of his career while stripping away his passion.

He decided to speak out because he believes the vaccine is a personal choice not a mandatory one. When British Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated that starting in September, concert halls and stadiums would require fans to provide proof of being vaccinated against the coronavirus before being allowed to attend events, it prompted Clapton to share his beliefs and to stand up for our freedom stating that; “Following the PM’s announcement on Monday the 19th of July 2021 I feel honour bound to make an announcement of my own: I wish to say that I will not perform on any stage where there is a discriminated audience present. Unless there is provision made for all people to attend, I reserve the right to cancel the show.”

Clapton recently released his music video “This Has Gotta Stop”   The music video shows nameless people as puppets on a string and being shown the “The Vaccine Carrot” (Which, by the way was an article I had written back in May 2021.) Enjoy the video!

The Song of The Month – “Amen”

The Song of The Month is something that I feel we all need to pray for. Kid Rock is interesting as a song writer and performer. Often misconstrued as a rapper, he has a much broader range of music.  He is extremely patriotic and an avid supporter of President Trump. He toyed with the idea for running for US Senate for Michigan back in 2017.

His song “Amen” is heartfelt and has many verses that relate to what is going on today despite the song being released in 2007.

Song of the Month – “Red, White and Blue”

This Song of the Month for September is a very fitting 911 Tribute by Toby Keith of the “ Red, White and Blue”

I would like everyone to take a moment and remember what they were doing when we learned of this horrible, terrorist act. Myself, I was getting ready to go to work. My daughter was up early as she was 1 day shy of 6 months old. I walked into the room and I noticed the morning news was on as went to kiss her goodbye before heading off to work. I saw an airplane crashing into a high-rise building and I thought “I wonder what movie this is from?” Sadly, it was not a movie clip and it was real, much to real. It wasn’t 15 minute later that the first tower collapsed.

Last year, I had the privilege to go to the 9/11 Memorial in New York, and in 2015 I went to the Pentagon Memorial. It is a surreal feeling to be there, but it makes me proud of being an American and knowing that we as Americans can overcome anything. We Are Strong and We Are Proud. God Bless.

You can see Toby Keith’s video here.

Song of the Month – “America”

The Song of the Month for August is “America” by The KBC Band. This is important to soak in what America is all about. In the music video you will see pictures of tragedies, low points in our history and events that have made US resilient. You will see sad photos and heartwarming photos and photos that will bring back some fun, old memories. This what Our Country is all about. We will come back from where we are today, we just need vote out the politicians with their liberal agendas and elect the right people in their place.

Enjoy “America”
